I am a U.S. Foreign Service Officer and former Marine Corps officer with experience leading teams in intelligence operations, cyber warfare exercises, and training. I developed and managed cyber exercises for the Department of Defense, working with elite cyber defense teams to enhance readiness in the digital domain. My expertise includes designing training events, managing R&D programs, and implementing advanced learning systems. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, an MBA, and am a certified commercial pilot who built and flies a Van’s Aircraft RV-8.

I enjoy a variety of hobbies. I am a Certified Flight Instructor (ASE, AME, IA), a commercial helicopter pilot, and I'm slowly working on building my own airplane detailed at www.papalimabravo.com. Beer, travel, and food are among my other favorite past times.
